The 10-1 At Home Workout

Truth be told-I really, really need to get back into shape. I have been working out randomly since H was born but I need to get back to the consistent routine I had before I got pregnant. I miss feeling in shape and toned. I have essentially lost all my baby weight but everything is still ‘lose’ and ‘jiggly’. It just is not a good feeling and I can’t feel sexy or attractive when I am out of shape.

Lately I haven’t been able to find a workout that I feel like sticking to, so I made my own simple at home workout. I will do this at least 4 times a week and do some simple at home yoga once or twice a week. I can never seem to make a time slot to fit a long workout in so this one shouldn’t take longer than 20 minutes. Unfortunately I cannot test out how long it takes at the moment because I broke my toe.

I bet your wondering how I broke my toe. Well folks, I walked into a stupid door. I have seriously broken only stupid bones that cannot be helped by being cast or really by any means at all. I broke my rib (by coughing so hard during a case of bronchitis), I broke my tail bone (during labor, and it will never heal-ever), and now I have broken my toe by walking into a wall, and all I can do is try to be careful and ice it.
